Intermediate classes are designed for those who have a base understanding and application of BJJ, have been training regularly (3-4 times per week) for at least a few months and are ready to take their skills to the next level. These sessions are a step up from our ‘Fundamentals’ classes, introducing more technically demanding techniques that incorporate advanced concepts. Ideal for practitioners looking to challenge themselves, these classes focus on refining and expanding your BJJ toolbelt, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and application of each technique.
