    Our yoga focuses on flexibility, posture, rejuvenation and strength and will improve both your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and overall health. Relaxation, meditation, slowing your mind and body and clearing the mind are important aspects of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a fundamental part of our yoga. 

    The yoga we have here at Arte Suave is unique and has been developed by Emanuela’s experience and training in her Kung Fu (Xing Yi) and Qi Gong by Fei Wang, Alexander Technique by Karen Chapman and her personal Yoga journey which began in 1999 under her teacher Deborah Carey-Burrows, with whom she studied for over 11 years. Her classes are very small, personal and are designed to open your heart, mind and body.
